How do I log into PowerSchool on my website? ›

Type the PowerSchool URL into the address bar of your browser and press “Enter.” Click on “Student Access.” The Username and Password fields will display on-screen. Enter your PowerSchool login credentials, then click “Submit.” In most cases, the Username will be your Student ID number.

PowerSchool provides powerful tools to search the database of students at your school. On the start page, use the box labeled "Search Students" to find students by surname. For example, enter MA to find all students whose last names begin with MA.

Unlike usernames and passwords, Access ID and Access Password are not accounts themselves but are used to link a student to a parent account. Anyone with the Student's Access ID and Password can add that student to their account.

Once you have created an account in the PowerSchool Parent/Student Portal, download the PowerSchool Mobile app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store using the following links, or by searching the store for the "PowerSchool Mobile" app.

Press the specific class tile that you'd like to view assignments for. Scroll down to the list of assignments for that class.

“Students” is the default tab. On the Students tab, search for an individual student or groups of students. You have several ways to search for students in PowerSchool. Search for students by last name, a portion of the last name, or by the student number.

Why is my PowerSchool access denied? ›

Reason : Your computer password has expired. Step 1 - From any PC (you cannot reset your password on a chromebook/chromebit) at your school/site, enter your current computer credentials at the login screen. When you see the message: "Your password has expired and must be changed." click the OK button under the message.

Moving forward if you try to create a new parent account you should receive the verification email. If you have already created the account but didn't receive a verification email, log in with the credentials that you initially created, then click the link to resend a new account verification email.

STUDENT LOGIN

Students simply enter their STUDENT ID and STUDENT PASSWORD printed on the bottom of the PowerSchool letter to access their information. This is their permanent username and password. Note: Only students use the Student ID and Student password.

Open your Web browser to your school's PowerSchool Student and Parent portal URL. Click Create Account. Enter the information needed to create your account. The email address you enter is used to send email notifications, including account recovery notices and account changes confirmations.

Click Admin Access and Roles. Select Sign in to Administrative Portion of PowerSchool to allow the user to sign in to the PowerSchool SIS Admin portal. Enter a username and password: If PowerSchool SIS as OIDC Service Provider for SSO is enabled, enter the Identity Provider Global ID.

You can print QR Codes for individual students or in bulk for the entire class. Navigate to the Members page of the course. Click the gear icon next to a student's name. Select Print QR Code from the drop-down menu.

Sign in to the web portal, you should be able to see the Account Preferences on the left menu. Click on it. Under Account Preferences, click on the Students tab. Now click on the Add + button and enter the Access ID and password for your student provided by your school or district.
